The staff was very knowledgeable and informative about which items are safe for Celiacs. The Turkey and beans are not safe due to the presence of beer, but the brusket and several sudes are OK. They took specific steps to prevent cross-contamination, such as changing gloves, bringing out a clean cutting board, and using a new foil tray for the gluten-free meats. We were very impressed!

All meats except Turkey are GF. Mustard sauce has gluten as does the bean (from beer). Regular sauce does not. Jalapeño slaw, potato salad, salad all GF. I ate brisket, slaw, pork belly, and ribs. No reaction. Menu is not marked but everyone was knowledgeable.

A lot of the menu is GF. The turkey is NOT GF and neither are the desserts, the poblano cream corn, Mac and cheese (obvs), beans, and mustard bbq sauce. Be sure to ask if the special for the day is GF or not.
