I got glutened. This restaurant is a party place with a communal eating style. Your cooking surface and utensils are shared. The cooking surfaces are swapped out depending on what meat you choose. I really wanted to give it a chance, but the waitstaff wasn't really informed on what "gluten free" means.
ONLY the sesame oil sauce is gluten free, but is served with the other three sauces when you sit down. The "yum-yum" sauce mentioned by another user is NOT gluten free.
If you eat here with other people who aren't gluten free, you will get cross-contaminated. It's a shame cuz the food is very good, but I can't come back after my experience. Sadly it's not for me, and I can't recommend it in good faith to other people using this app.
Not really related to gluten free, but they also play very loud music and turn it up even louder to sing happy birthday to people. Just keep that in mind if you prefer quieter settings or get overstimulated by noise. It's also very dark inside the restaurant.

This is a unique format, all you can eat and you can choose from about 18 types of meat and it cooks at your table. 6 options are GF. I like it because they swap out the cooking surface at your table, so you can avoid cross contamination. I loved the seasoned steak (Montreal steak seasoning) and yum yum sauce.
