The server was knowledgeable about Celiac and cross-contamination.
The fries are cooked in there own oil, nothing else is cooked in the oil.
I ordered the Hawaiian burger, without the teriyaki sauce, on a gluten free bun. The burger was tasty, but I found the bun to be heavy and dry, no flavor.
The menu is lite on GF labeling of food items.
