I always get a turkey sandwich with tomato, lettuce and avocado. I also get chips and a gf cookie if they have it. Love it. I was cautious at first because it seems cross contamination would be an issue there but I never had any issue with illness after eating there.
Yes
Never had a problem at any location. They're good about changing gloves and the menu is clearly delineated with "gluten sensitive" options.
Yes
I asked for my sandwich on gluten free bread not toasted because I always do (I'm scared of gluten bread going into the same toaster) and the manager came to speak to me and told me there is a special kit that they have with a metal tray to put the bread through the toaster on. I still got my bread untoasted, but good to know for anyone else! The California Club is SUPER tasty and never any reactions :)

While their gluten-free bread is not the best, they take special care when preparing GF sandwiches. They have separate gloves, cutting board, and knives to use for my sandwich. It's actually pretty cool to see. They do have a gluten-free menu as well.

They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and will make your sandwich in a separate area. Just be sure to let them know you have celiac or a gluten allergy. Sandwiches were very good.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.
