Maybe I ordered the wrong things, but the food was terrible. Lemon grass chicken vermicelli was basically unseasoned chicken. Stir me crazy veggies tasted like cardboard. There was also a hair in my food, but I just threw it all out and didn’t both having it remade.

I ordered the Chicken Curry, a little spicy but very flavorful, we also ordered the Spring rolls. The Server was sure to let me know the peanut sauce was not GF, and brought me a separate GF sauce. A huge portion of the menu is GF. Worth the stop.

I’m sure the fears of cross contamination are well founded, but the 3 nima tests that have been done at this location have been gluten negative so seems about as good of a place as any other than the very few establishments that either cater to celiacs or are really expensive.

My favorite place to go to! I’ve gotten the stir me crazy, fried rice, and soups. The staff is very knowledgeable on what is gluten free!

I’ve never had any problems. The Stir Me Crazy and the Ginger Snow Peas with Chicken are amazing!

many options and never gotten sick from cross contamination. always stress the importance and been fine. i am sensitive and celiac.

GF, egg free, and soy free options! one of my favorite places.
I would take extreme caution with most of the menu items here. One time I ordered the chicken pho and expressly requested it to be made gluten free because of my celiac disease. When my order arrived, it looked fine at first glance. The noodles in the soup were the correct color and texture of rice noodles, so I started eating. It was only after I was about halfway done with my meal that I found a regular, gluten-full ramen noodle in my soup. I don't think they take any precautions to avoid cross contamination.

I'm rating this strictly from a gluten intolerant perspective. My son has a peanut allergy and my kids and I all have gluten intolerance and/or thyroid auto-immune issues. Which means we HAVE to stay away from the gluten. I have been told they they do NOT have a dedicated peanut or gluten-free zone in any of the restaurants. My son got REALLY sick once after eating the fried rice. Some peanuts had snuck in. We have eaten it for years. Jenni herself believes that eating gluten-free is simply a fad, so if the staff feels the same way, or is as ignorant on the seriousness of gluten intolerance, don't expect anyone to go out of their way for your gf needs. If I were a celiac, I would never take my chances here. Otherwise, we love the food and the staff.

After eating at Jenni's Noodle House for over a year now I have to say that I don't believe they take the proper precautions to ensure the kitchen staff understands that a meal has to be handled safely for a Gluten Free meal. I have been told "the dish is naturally gluten free", with no mention of gluten allergy on the order. So the kitchen staff does not take extra precautions for fresh water for their noodles or cooking surfaces. Use caution dinning here!

Pros- tons of GF options. Almost everything on their menu can be made GF. Cons- food was only decent, prices were steep, and customer service was non-existent. Since this was my first time here, I wasn't aware that customers are supposed to order their food at the counter. There is no sign indicating this. I sat down and waited for a server to greet me. After 5- 10 mins of sitting and being ignored, I flagged down a waitress to ask how I could order. She might as well have said "duh!" when she told me to order at the counter. I ordered the "Super Duper Fried Rice- GF" and their own homemade limeade. The limeade was delicious, fried rice was tolerable. For $17 I could have eaten at PF Changs, which would have been 100% better. I won't be back.
The customer service is pronominal. Always feel special at both Houston locations. The food is great and super sensitive to allergies or vegan needs, but is also delicious for people without such specialized food needs.

Total letdown...was extremely excited to find a noodle shop. I ordered the Ginger Chicken Ramon which was good but nothing special. The shrimp spring rolls were a total joke with no flavor.
This place is awesome!!! There are several GF choices and it was very tasty!! Prices are good too.
HUGE GF menu... Food is amazing and served by a very friendly staff... We go at least once a week!!!
what a great gf menu!!!!
I was excited that the menu had “gf” labels. The food was ok (not great). My box was also labeled “gf,” so that seemed to be a good sign. Then, to my horrific surprise, turns out my “gluten free” fried rice was definitely not gluten free. I emailed them the morning after about what happened, in hopes that they would prevent anyone else from getting sick. They still haven’t replied and I sent it a couple days ago. Definitely STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

I ordered lunch there for the first time today, to go, of course during these times. The edamame was edible-way over coked. The beef noodle dish was bland and the worst I have ever had. In times where ” to go” places are struggling, this establishment needs to step up. It’s not often I write a negative review but felt the need to this time
love this place and celiac friendly!

The food was very average, but it was safe and I did not get sick afterward.
