The employees were very helpful. They wiped down the meat slicer, grabbed a new cutting board and knife. And got Mayo out of a squeeze bottle instead of scooping it out with a knife. They seemed very knowledgeable.

Great sub options. Love, love, love how they make it in the back using separate tools, toppings and space. They use an Udi's bun which is a lot of bread. They even carry Udis snickerdoodle cookie, my only complaint is that they don't have any soy free chip options.

They have GF sub buns! Verified need to not cross contaminate. They used separate paper and a knife. The same worker prepared the sub start to finish.

Excellent sub but the girl making it used the same knife to cut it as she used on the regular roll before me. Not Celiac safe
Amazing! Haven’t had a sub like this since diagnosed Celiac. The staff was extremely gluten conscious, and even explained to someone else why they had to take their time to make my sub. Fresh gloves, fresh paper, fresh utensils and great food. Highly recommended!

I just tried a GF sandwich yesterday and it was delicious! It's individually wrapped Udis rolls. Can get a regular size or large- no mini. The person making the sandwich wiped down the meat slicing machine and crumbs off the counter, made the sandwich on a wrapper, changes gloves and used dedicated knife for it. While waiting to check out I heard him also asking the other staff about it, ensuring they know why he did all that and what protocol to follow. I'd still suggest Celiac friends watch to ensure the food prepper takes precautions. The actual bun was tasty!! Held up well, didn't fall apart like some GF breads.

The sandwich’s were very good ! The staff was knowledgeable and changed washed their hands and changed gloves while preparing my sandwich . They had a separate machine for cutting the meats . The food was great and I didn’t get sick . Would return here again!

I was in town for work and everyone ordered together. I called ahead and stressed that I needed gluten free and dairy free. I asked them to add bacon. My sandwich was delivered with cheese melted all over the contents. No bacon. I didn’t have lunch.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was good I have celiacs and I have eaten at several even in California never had a reaction and I do have to carry a epi pen because my reaction is swelling of eyes, mouth and throat.
Love the separate prep area.
