Very knowledgeable and safe! I eat here frequently and never have had an issue.

This location is very knowledgable about cross contamination and take many percautions to avoid it. They use a specially designated knife, clean the entire area and will get veggies from the back in addition to changing their gloves. There is even a Serve Safe person trained in food allergies.

They use individually wrapped Udi's sandwich buns. Everyone on the line changed gloves and they cleaned the entire line before making my sandwich. They also did not start making any gluten containing sandwiches until mine was wrapped and off the line. Their corporate website says they can't guarantee no cross-contamination but I had absolutely no reaction to my sandwich. My new go-to!
Yes
There is a risk of cross contamination however they clean the slicer the counters and change gloves. Then they make your order on a separate tray. So they do take it seriously. Always had a good experience here. Helpful and friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and considerate when we informed them we needed it to be celiac safe. They cleaned off the equipment, changed gloves, used a designated knife when cutting the gluten free bun. The gf bun came sealed from its own location. We did not add any condiments since those things would have came from the same container used for all the breads. Steer clear of condiments such as their mayo, mustard (anything that is used to dip knife in and spread) and you should be okay.

They have a gluten free bread option along with a gluten free snickerdoodle. That’s as far as their gluten free options go.

They have gluten free sub rolls or bowls for the subs. They use Udi’s sub rolls and take special precautions for gf orders. Make sure you mention you have a gluten allergy. They have lots of options for subs. I eat here weekly.
