My husband really loves barbecue, and with this location having gluten-free items displayed on their menu; I thought we would try this place. I noticed that they have outside seating and a bar inside. They bring cheese muffins out when you are seated. I ordered 2 appetizers, a soup and salad, and a potatoe. For some reason, all the food came out at once while I had sat waiting, watching my husband eat the yummy biscuits that I couldn't eat. The food was delicious, but I was frustrated that they brought all the food out at once and didn't even bring the appetizers out as the appetizer. Next time I am in Hiram, we will try this again and maybe I will get to try the barbecue.

Menu has all gluten free items marked, including sauces/dressing. Has a warning about cross contamination and possibility! Informed server and asked for precautions and glove changes and she was nice about it. She did not know anything about the gluten free items or even it being a thing and did not seem knowledgeable. So far so good with no reaction.

Very in depth allergen list. They made BBQ without the original sauce that has gluten. they do not have a dedicated space, but offered to separate where they make my plate to help me. I didn't get sick.. if a dedicated spot would give 5 stars and add celiac friendly.

A nice find. BBQ restaurant with GF options. Been back many times and am always comfortable that they understand my GF needs. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. Excellent value for the price, too.

Menu is labeled gluten free. Ask for no biscuit when placing an order. Really good bbq and good portion sizes.

Went here for dinner and things were marked gf for gluten friendly. I asked about their sauces and the girl taking my order pulled out an allergen guide and told me all sauces were free of gluten. They marked my food as an allergy, which means they don’t put their cornbread biscuit on your tray. I got a half chicken, collard greens and a baked potato. Food was great and had no reactions!

They have gluten free options and took extra precautions after telling them I was allergic to gluten! This is one of the few places I feel safe eating at. I order their chicken, chilli, corn and their MoCo BBQ sauce (white sauce). The gluten free options are marked on the menu they give at the Concord NC location by Carolina Mills Mall.

I was hopeful to get a new restaurant that had “gluten friendly” options, but sadly I had a reaction here. I’m not celiac but still pretty sensitive to gluten. I ordered the Brisket Chili and Coleslaw. When I asked to have “gluten allergy” placed on the order for the kitchen to be aware, they didn’t seem to know how to handle this request. The customer service was great and everyone was very nice, but would not recommend going if you have a gluten intolerance or sensitivity. ☹
