BEWARE! I got glutened and I asked the server to communicate my need and ordered a labeled item. Bun was GF but either that or the fries was not okay. Had symptoms before I got home.

Very fun environment at Pigeon Forge location. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten and we felt very comfortable. Gluten free items marked on menu. Fair variety but seemed like more burgers, fries, salads type place. We usually avoid appetizers because not many options at places, but they had huge table size GF nacho appetizer. My GF daughter loved it! We couldn’t even finish them all! Separate fryer and really liked the fries. Would go back if had the option.

Had a bunless burger (they do have GF buns but I just prefer it without) Waitress informed me the fries were gluten free and have a dedicated fryer. I did have a reaction to something. The fries did have seasoning on them. All plates came out the same and at the same time making me nervous from the start.

EXCELLENT experience! the waitress was very knowledgeable on their GF items. fries are made in a dedicated fryer and the GF bun wasn’t too bad! the kitchen is alerted when there is a gluten allergy, as well. i had no reaction after eating here and would definitely recommend it.

Not a whole lot of gluten free choices and when I ask the staff about the options she did not know it made me a little leery about ordering. Had a burger and fries had a slight reaction thinking it was from cross contamination.

The garlic bacon burger is sooooo good. The bun was amazing! It tasted like actual bread, the best I've ever had. They don't have a seperate menu, but the gluten free items are marked with a wheat symbol. They also have a seperate fryer for fries. As soon as I told our waitress I had a gluten allergy, she told me what I could have and made sure the kitchen knew. It was a great experience and will definitely go back.

Greeted by waitstaff and asked about allergies, they said they take gluten allergies seriously. Have separate fryers for gluten free items.
Everything on the menu you can have is marked with a wheat symbol. If you want a burger or a salad, that's pretty much what you're stuck with.
The drinks are good and my burger was delicious!

The server didn’t seem very knowledgeable when I told him I had Celiac, but was able to answer my questions, he just sounded like he was answering with a question. They then made my burger with a regular bun & an onion ring on top, so I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to remake my burger correctly while my table ate their food. I am glad they took the time to remake it safely, but we had already waited an hour for our food. The buns were hard but okay, and the fries were really good. Didn’t get sick but didn’t feel safe eating it either.

This has become a common stop during my trips to Pigeon Forge. Although there is no gluten free menu, the original menu shows items that can be made gluten free. As soon as I mentioned celiac disease, the server offered to bake my fries to accommodate my needs. As always, the service was amazing and the food was delicious.

Great place to eat! Our waiter, Nick, and other staff were knowledgeable and accommodating, which is ingrained in their training. Jimmy Buffets was a great place to go with our kids for lunch. It’s a big restaurant with lots of seating even at peak lunch time we were sat right away. The gf items are labeled on the menu and our server told us the fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer and are gf. I had the chips/queso and then a bacon burger on a gf bun and fries. I have celiac and was fine. It was a great.

They brought out my burger on a regular bun and tried to pass it off as GF. I waited a good half hour for the correct food. Apparently the kitchen was offended and our server offered them the opportunity to come argue with me. They didn’t even take anything off my bill.

Gluten free items were marked on the menu and they had gluten free buns. I ordered the cheddar burger and nachos as an appetizer. I asked if they could prepare me just a regular grilled salmon however they couldn’t modify anything off of the original menu to make it gluten free. Food was pretty good, it was our waiters fourth day but she handled everything pretty well.

We were very pleased. Yes, the establishment is pricey but, it’s a tourist spot. As soon as we told our server we were Celiac, he knew what we were talking about and told us that it was a dedicated fryer and that they change gloves before we could ask. Our plates came out separately and were clearly marked as GF. I did not get sick at all and the food tasted great. GF items were clearly marked on the menu and they have GF buns for burgers. Definitely recommend. 👍🏻👍🏻

I was a very hesitant to order fries with my gluten free burger because our waiter was new and could not answer any of my questions so I told him I didn’t want any. When my food came out there were fries on my plate and I was assured by the guy that brought our food to us that they were gluten free and the kitchen takes it very seriously. They wouldn’t even let him put my plate on the tray with the food containing gluten. I ate my food and had no reaction.

We were very pleased with our experience here. Lots of traffic makes it a bit tricky to get here and park during busy times FYI. They take allergies seriously here and informed us they would change gloves and that they have a dedicated fryer for their fries, etc. The server also mentioned they have a dedicated fryer for their seafood (NOT GF) that allows those with seafood allergies to safely eat fried food as well. Their fries were delicious and I got a chicken sandwich on the best Gf bun I’ve ever had. Thoroughly enjoyed. Felt good after eating here. Definitely recommend!

We had a great experience! Gabe the manager came and talked to us about my daughter’s additional dairy allergy and went in the back and double checked all ingredients in the GF bun to make sure her dish would be both GF and DF. Awful service and management!!! The kitchen crew’s lack of knowledge on food allergies and the poor service is a direct reflection of the manager’s (Lauren) leadership! DO NOT EAT THERE IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY!!
This is more than the order being messed up. The kitchen crew should have known that placing a hamburger on a regular bun is not acceptable for an order with a gluten allergy in which was ordered with a gluten free bun. The manager treated us as if we were disgruntled customers that were upset about an order being messed up rather than Lauren’s kitchen staff serving a gluten-allergy-customer a hamburger on a regular bun. This could have been avoided if the staff would have just come out and stated that they didn’t have a GF bun, rather than serving a regular bun and not even mentioning it!!!!! Obviously, the manager Lauren and her kitchen crew does not understand food allergies nor do they take it serious!!!
The kitchen was out of gluten free buns so the kitchen crew put it on a regular bun and if I had not inquired about it, we would not have been notified until it was too late!!!! This is unacceptable!! The kitchen crew/chef should be knowledgeable about the items on their menus and especially about allergies. I understand that some restaurants do not serve GF options. However, this restaurant clearly offers gluten free options on their menu.

Ask for Mary B she will hook you up. I always love this place!!!!! Wow amazing. The chef cane out to explain they change gloves, prep my stuff with new cutting board and knives and that the fries were in a dedicated fryer. He assured me they take this seriously and as I celiac I did not have to worry. No worries here and amazing food especially the fries!!!!
Ps if you stay at the margaritaville hotel you can get GF room service from this restaurant. Woo hoo

My husband ordered a GF bun for his burger - mine was regular. They brought both burgers on GF buns. His was grilled/burnt and mine was cold. The cheese wasn’t melted and lettuce & tomatoes were the only dressing. Horrible food!
The staff was knowledgeable- the food was “good”
We sat at the bar outside and the server was knowledgeable about celiac and recommended what drinks were GF. My husband had no reaction to the drinks or GF nachos. A little pricey but good.

Not a huge GF selection, but the GF burger is really good.
Only about 6-7 items to choose from but was delicious and loved it last night. Paying for it today! Hurting. Something must not have been gluten free or cross contaminated.
The menu is clearly marked which items can be gluten free. They are careful in the kitchen, new gloves etc. I got burger, fries & margarita no problems. I will eat there again.
Yes
The food here is really good. Dedicated fryer for the fries. The Cheeseburger in Paradise works with the gluten free bun, BUT the bun is really crumbly.
We returned for a second visit and were informed by the waiter that the menu was not correct. It under-identified items that were gluten-free. Among the additions the nachos (with chicken instead of chili; several salads, the grilled chicken sandwich; and, the brownie sundae). It was an amazing experience.

We got there about 3pm, but still waited for a table for 8 people. Our server was nice. Gluten free items were marked on the menu, but there weren't many choices besides salad and burgers. I got the volcano nachos and a side of fries because they had a separate fryer. I asked if the chili on the nachos was gluten free, and the server said it was. The nachos were tasty, but huge, and the fries were perfect. Nothing was marked from the kitchen, so I had to confirm with the food runner that my fries were gluten free. Made me nervous, but I didn't have any reactions.

We ate here during our day exploring Key West. My daughter with Celiac’s disease got the kids cheeseburger in paradise with fries. The server was very knowledgeable about food allergies. When our meal was brought out there was a ticket with my daughter’s meal to show that they had prepared the meal gluten free. This was a first for us and we appreciate the attention to detail.
