Review of Jimmy John's

This location is not celiac friendly! The manager, Josh, does not understand cross contamination. He was using the same tub Mayo that he had used for breaded sandwiches. He is also rude and unapologetic. Do not recommend Update: Here is the reply I received from corporate:

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. We can not guarantee no cross-contamination will occur as we prep most of our meats, cheese and veggies in-house. We do what we can to provide safe sandwich-making environments, but we do not change out all products in the cold-table. I'm sorry for the frustration and your feedback is shared with our teams.
