Went a couple weeks ago and everything on the dinner menu was gluten free. Was nice to be able to enjoy an entire menu at a restaurant. Felt safe eating there the entire time.

Kalaya is truly a unique and amazing experience. The food here is just phenomenal. The entire dinner menu is gluten free and that includes dishes like dumplings and crispy rice cakes. There are a few desserts that are not gluten free but I felt extremely safe here as a celiac. I highly recommend having dinner here- it was so nice to indulge in an upscale meal and feel totally safe.

"Elevated" Thai sounds like a cheesy and pretentious description, but it also is accurate for Kalaya, where you will not find the typical Thai staples on the menu. These are creative Thai dishes presented beautifully. The space is very cool, and perhaps more importantly there was no gluten on the entire dinner menu.

First question asked was if anyone had allergies. Menu is naturally gluten free. Waiter was super attentive and reassuring. Food was incredible!! Will definitely be back!

I haven’t had dumplings in 10 years. Kalaya’s tapioca dumplings were beautiful and delicious. Everything was, but the dumplings stole my heart
There was nothing on the menu I couldn’t eat, excepting two desserts. The waiter was knowledgeable and explained everything, including the safety of the fryer.

Almost everything is gluten free! The sides are best thing tbh, eggplant and cabbage were great. Had the tofu curry, chive cakes, durian pudding was okay but wouldn’t get again

The new location (old one is closed) in Fishtown is incredible. Every single item is gluten free except a couple desserts. Not even a gluten free menu needed, they tell you that when you walk in if they know you have a gluten intolerance or Celiac.
It’s an expensive meal but incredibly flavorful and worth it, IMO.

Had an incredible meal at Kalaya! GF is marked on the menu and there are only a handful of dishes that aren’t gluten free. They even have GF dumplings! The staff were so kind and knowledgeable. Food was fantastic and the service was even better!

Kalaya had very good gluten-free friendly authentic Thai food. They use gluten-free soy sauce for all their menu items. The menu is well labeled with gluten-free options. I felt totally fine after eating there.
