Kanda Sushi

I spoke with somebody who seemed knowledgeable about what the term “gluten-free” meant. I asked for any items with gluten to be excluded from my order, all sauces on the side etc. I ordered the spicy maki set (avocado, salmon, tuna), no tempura bits or soy sauce; plus the short ribs and wakame salad. Something in my order must have contained gluten as I had a reaction to it. I think the spare ribs might have had a teriyaki sauce on them. I would suggest eating here with extreme caution, although I will not be eating here again.
