Food was very good, and they seemed to take precautions against cross contamination, but pay attention. They brought me out gluten containing items 3 times in a row and the manager had to get involved.

Always a wonderful experience! I love the truffle toro, spicy tuna crispy rice, miso soup and so much more.

This is fine dining. Apart from the lovely staff and the high class atmosphere, the food here is exquisite. More than enough gluten-free options and we really enjoyed the delicious sushi and sashimi here. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. Go here if you want to know what good food tastes like. I recommend closing your eyes while tasting all the different flavours come together. Watch out for the dress code because there are some requirements. GO HERE!!!

Gluten Free sushi! And they're careful about it. Head chef knows what he's doing.Katana recently switched from using soy sauce to tamari sauce by default, which makes many more of their items gluten free. They said anything that's not fried can be made GF.They weren't aware that fake wasabi has gluten in it, but I pointed it out to the waiter so hopefully he told the kitchen.So nice to find a sushi place that takes this seriously.
