Review of Koshary Corner

Excellent authentic casual Egyptian food. Lots of delicious choices for customized bowls and salads. The koshary (we had lentils and quinoa) and falafel salad combo was great. It’s even vegan and gluten-free! The proprietor and chef is Egyptian herself. This is more of a food stall in a warehouse-type small food hall. If others in your group prefer Indian food, ice cream, coffee, or bubble tea there are stalls for that too. Lots of free parking.
