I asked to a member of the staff if it was all gluten free. He said that the client could choose a crepe gluten free or not. So I asked if they use the same surface to cook the crepes. He said yes. So I could not eat it. So he told me that the waffles was all gluten free. So I ordered it. It’s an open kitchen so I look for a moment and saw the cook grill the cheese that was going on my waffle directly on the surface for the crepes. So I said sorry, I must be sick if I eat it. So the « chef » told to the waiter: act if nothing happed. I left my family with their meals and went to grab a bag of chips accross the street. :( They annonce their place “gluten free” and know nothing about cross contamination.
