Review of La Crème de Paris

The most delicious gluten free waffle I have ever had. And I’ve had MANY. So good and light, I had a hard time believing it really was gluten free. I ate the entire thing and actually said “I doubt that was gluten free. It was too good.” It was. Made with rice flour , NOT buckwheat thank the heavens haha. The staff was very knowledgeable and so reassuring. I am in heaven and will be back.
