Loved the flavor and options for GF pizza. They seem to take gluten allergy seriously, since there was no reaction the same or next day. Just as a precaution though, they do make their dough with Caputo gluten removed wheat flour. So if you have a wheat allergy or have had a reaction with gluten removed wheat, this is not a good choice.
