Don’t trust the servers at this restaurant. They have not been properly trained to serve people with food allergies

I got the salmon and mashed potatoes with tortilla soup. The soup came with a cheese crisp that wasn’t GF. Got sick after eating here.

I have Celiac. I ordered the gluten free Hawaiian fried rice and tested it with my Nima Sensor, which determined it was gluten free. The waitress asked about specifics of Celiac so I was happy she wanted to learn.

They had a pretty extensive GF menu. The server wasn't very knowledgeable, but offered to double check and was friendly. The GF food and regular food was mediocre. My husband got a beer sampler and really only liked one out of six.
CELIAC FRIENDLY! 😎 the staff is knowledgeable about what to do and how. Food tasty and good portion. Dear recommend!

Had small gf menu. Great tasting food. Highly recommended.
I sat at the bar and the bartender was very informative about their menu and preparation. It's always reassuring when the staff at a restaurant are able to answer all of your questions without you even needing to ask. Well done Lazy Dog Cafe.
Quite a bit of food to choose off the menu. I felt like the staff was knowledgeable and I did not get sick after eating here which is huge for me. :)

The atmosphere is fun and the customer service is spot on! I ordered the New York strip and had it butterfly -well done. It came back more burnt than I was expecting and the waitress Patty immediately said, she was going to have them remake it. I declined, but she insisted! I was so relieved because I was eating the charred parts 1st. The 2nd one was PERFECT! Looking forward to many more visits at this Lazy Dog! The manager was awesome and went above and beyond to find out about a gluten-free dessert. I had almost thought he had forgotten, but he was doing his research! Thank you Brian, it meant a lot! I can't say enough about this place. My husband said his pizza (not GF) was delicious!

I am thrilled that Lazy Dog has such a fantastic Gluten Sensitive Menu!
Additional Notes about their Gluten Sensitive Menu:
- It's incredibly helpful that the GF menu is also posted on their website because people with food sensitivities and allergies tend to plan their meal choices ahead of time.
- The servers seem to be familiar with the menu and don't miss a beat when you mention it.
- When the food is delivered, they mention that the item is gluten free, which adds one extra layer of assurance.
They have very nice gluten-free menu.

A joke for a gluten-free menu there’s only about 10 things maybe total on it. Everything is plain like plain chicken, plain salmon, plain steak. No gluten-free burger, bun or bread or pasta. My chicken came the driest chicken. I think I’ve ever been served and somehow steam spinach taste badly. The mashed potatoes were good though. The price of the meal was $19.75 which was $1.50 more than what it showed on the gluten-free menu. That would’ve not been even worth mentioning had the food not been so bad. The regular meals weren’t worth the price although those didn’t taste badly. They were small servings for a high price. Definitely would not recommend.

I eat here pretty regularly. You have to be very specific. Their gluten friendly menu includes cross contaminated items. You will need to ask them to remove the tortilla strips from the salad and skip the tortilla soup. They always overcook their burgers and they do not have a bun. If you order the salmon and it comes with sauce, send it back because it isn’t gluten free. The safest option is their sweet and spicy bowl. It’s really good and has never gotten me sick.

Lazy Dog has a gluten sensitive menu and a complete allergy menu. I have multiple allergies so the allergy menu was extremely helpful. Great food and even greater service.

I ordered the grilled salmon, basmati rice and sauteed spinach along with the tequila honey squeeze cocktail which was very good.

Very little on the menu for GF and I was told the fries are absolutely not safe as they are beer battered, so opted for a side of fruit (which was hilariously just a huge slice of admittedly very delicious watermelon).
When the food arrived, the (as I had been told) very glutenous fries were laid directly on top of the burger to where they had melted into the cheese. I was there for an interview so I didn’t return the food which was my mistake. I had a horrific migraine after eating there which is one of my symptoms.
