Checked when booking that they could accommodate coeliac and had suitable GF items and was assured yes to both questions. When orders were being taken, reminded waitress very clearly that I was coeliac and could she check with kitchen that there was no cross contamination. She seemed a little bewildered but said ok. No follow up from waitress and I assumed all was ok (my mistake). Food arrived (goats cheese salad and a risotto - and was delicious). Service in general was not great and staff seemed to be under a lot of pressure. I'm severely ill today and am very confident it's from the food here (everything else eaten this week was at home where we're very strict about avoiding cross contamination).
