Food was safe , but only warm when brought to the table. I did notice that my ticket was clearly marked to alert the kitchen staff to take precaution.

Went to this Longhorn with a friend the other day. They have a gluten free menu with intricate allergy detail on the pages after the menu. I asked to speak to the manager and informed him of my condition and asked that he make sure the chefs change gloves, use new utensils, etc... after I explained my condition the manager assured me my food would be safe, as he was going to cook it himself to ensure my safety. I had a grilled chicken sandwich (without the bun of course) broccoli (no butter sauce because it has bread crumbs) and a sweet potato.
It is now the next day and I feel perfectly fine. I also used to work at this longhorn and we always did our best to ensure the happiness and safety of our guests.

Casual dining atmosphere with a Western motif. I was happy to be given a GF menu immediately when I asked. On the menu are also directions on how to ask to have certain foods prepared to avoid contamination. I decided on a Seasonal menu item that wasn't on the Gluten Free Menu. Cobb Salad doesn't normally have Gluten but the staff was extra helpful in finding out if the dressing was ok and offered me substitutions. They also tossed it in a separate bowl for me. My husband did complain that it seemed a little pricy. My salad was less then $6 and was supposed to be entree sized. While we waited for our food the manager gave me an ingredient list for the salad and we decided to leave the BBQ corn mix off as he wasn't sure if it was GF.The Cobb salad was yummy and my husband and daughter both liked their food too. For dessert I was able to get vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce on it.The only thing I had to complain about was price.
They have a gluten free menu that also includes other allergies. The waitress was very helpful and I had the strawberry chicken salad. It was very good.
Returned on the way to St. Augustine. Had the same thing and it was good.

I come here all the time and they are great with noting gluten allergy and taking precautions. I have never gotten sick from this location! I recommend getting whichever steak you want (make sure there are no sauces/ gravy with it) a plain potato (to minimize cross contamination) and plain vegetables (some seasonings can have gluten). They can also do a burger bunless/ lettuce wrapped and it is a great option!

Ate here three times. Had the rib-eye steak with baked potato, ribs were also delicious. Staff were aware and clued up on gluten free. No issues. Salad came without croutons.

They have an allergen guide available and many gluten free options. Had a streak with loaded baked potato and side salad. Staff seem well trained for helping with allergy requests.
Music too loud.
