This was an INCREDIBLE experience. I mentioned I was celiac and the manager, Sunshine, came out to speak with me. She is also celiac and so is her whole family, so most everything fried is made with cornstarch (the fryer is shared with one dish with panko though) and sauces are made with tamari. They go out of their way to use snow crab instead of imitation crab and will change gloves and flip the boards. 95% of the menu is already gluten free, and what is not gf can be modified. Sunshine even surprised us with her favorite gf appetizer, the pork belly, free of charge to us. New favorite sushi spot, will be back!
