I eat here all the time and am very sensitive to CC. I have never gotten sick. I usually order the gf pasta. I also order the classics to take home as gf pasta. The chef has always come out and talked to me. I have a paper slip I give at all restaurants that explains my food issues ( I also can’t have eggs, MSG or additives). It also explains how to prepare my food without CC.

We’ve go to Maggiano’s at The Rim about once a year. This time, they had the chef come speak with me. He assured me that a steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli were a good safe choice with very little chance of CC. Everything was super yummy, but I’m sick as a dog. In the past, the steak hasn’t had a sauce. This did. I asked if it was GF and was told it was. So either they don’t understand GF or there’s a ton of CC :-( Either way, it stinks :-( This is trying to force me to rate the GF items I tried…but they weren’t GF apparently.

Ate here for a work function, all employees promised that the gluten free options were easily available and the food tasted great coming out. Unfortunately this location must have no idea what cross-contamination is because I'm suffering from my typical glutening symptoms. Ate the ceasar salad without croutons, grilled chicken and veggies, and the creme brulee. Do NOT eat here if you are celiac or have a very low gluten tolerance.

Eat here regularly. Wuickly becoming my favorite place in the area. Staff is knowledgeable and Chef is always willing to come out and chat if needed.
The pasta they gave me was not GF, I have been sick for the last 3 days. never again.
The food here was so DELICIOUS! I do give an A for effort. The wait staff was wonderful. The sous chef did come to the table, assured that best effort would be made to avoid gluten and made me a special dish using the gluten free pasta. However, tonight I am sick as a dog. Something just didn't go as expected and I'm glad that the food was good so that way it makes it a little worth the sickness. I'm in so much pain right now and this will take a while to get over. *GLUTENED* to the max!

I've been to this location multiple times in the past four to six months and never had an issue. The chef comes to the table to confirm gluten free options, the staff seems very aware overall, never been sick, and the food is delicious!
We ate there last night. The chef did NOT come out to our table. My husband ordered the veal marsala. We were told the sauce would be gluten-free. Well something was NOT gluten-free. He woke up around 3 this morning with stomach pains. We will NEVER go back there again. I am changing my review. I gave feedback on Maggiano's website Sunday night and a manager called us the next day!

This place has gluten free pasta and it is delicious. The chef will personally come to your table too and discuss the food with you.

Such a large menu, delicious food, and knowledgeable staff. A little pricey, but so worth it.
Very good. Knowledgable waitstaff and they offer to have the chef come out to speak to you. I had shrimp scampi with gluten free pasta and it was divine! I had been missing it and it was perfect.
Gluten free pasta
I always enjoy eating at Maggiano's. The gluten free pasta is always cooked perfectly. Only a few choices are offered, but I never seem to mind. Marinara sauce and Alfredo sauce with either shrimp or chicken, or meat sauce, which I believe isn't on the menu, but I've asked a few times and it is fine for celiac consumption. The wait staff, always helpful, and a chef will often come out for any questions and to ensure your meal will be prepared GF in a safe manor.
Wait staff is trained to ask if there are an allergies. A chef came to the table to explain what can be altered to be gluten free (celiac safe). Pretty much all the pasta dishes can be gluten free. I ordered 2 dishes. Shrimp alfredo and shrimp fra diavolo. I got my nima sensor and tested both. Shrimp fra diavolo came back gluten free but the shrimp alfredo did not.

Beautiful Italian restaurant. My server was very kind and knowledgeable about the Gluten Free options. They don’t have a separate menu or any indications of any dishes being GF on the menu so you rely on your server. She suggested I get the GF Taylor Street Baked Ziti and it was delicious! Definitely coming back here when I get the chance.

This restaurant is amazing and the servers are very professional. I had a work meeting here, and my boss asked for the gluten-free menu( I have Celiac) . They had a separate menu, and they cooked everything separate , with no cross contamination. The manager came and talked to me and read the gluten-free menu.. She was very smart and careful. The food was wonderful, and the cream brulee was so yummy. I didn't get sick at all. 🤩

Even if it’s not nessesarily their nitch, These folks get G-Free & Celiac! And rarely are you going to find such care & consideration at such a classy atmosphere Restaraunt as this!
Dress up or casual… we saw the whole spectrum of customers here. Although, dressing up will really make a special night out here. Wonderful old time dinner music hits from the likes of Sinatra filled the low light pleasant & romantic venue.
Once advised of our issues, our waitress Sheena (who, by the way, is a 5-Star Rock Star of a Server!) had the Chef at our table side in minutes, advising us on their abilities & limitations. Way more selection than one might anticipate, although less than we had seen at their Orlando location last year.
The gluten free Panne as Alfredo w/Chicken breast added was exquisite in appearance and taste….even as a next day leftover!!!
