The menu is great for gluten free people. They take cross contamination very seriously and they are very knowledgeable about the ingredients. Most things can be made gluten free, but there are some things that can’t be, like the chicken parm dip. I had the gluten free chicken caprese sandwich and I loved it! I saw people saying that the gluten free bread fell apart, but I didn’t have that issue at all. It was a little hard, but I prefer harder bread. I feel super comfortable eating here and I haven’t had a reaction to anything I’ve ordered gluten free there. The only thing I don’t like is the prices. It’s wayyyy over priced, but it’s a California business, so I don’t really mind. Definitely not an everyday sandwich place.
