Midtown Bistro

My husband and I love coming here for lunch or dinner, especially when we can eat in their outside patio (make a res/Open Table to do so). There are rock fountains and the ambience is nice. They have a delicious gluten free fried calamari appetizer that is one of our favorite treats. Most items on the menu can be adapted to gf and remain delicious. Even their gf bread is very nice. In the summer, my favorites are their gazpacho and salads; in the winter, I opt for their amazing lamb chops and polenta dishes. Their fish is always perfect too. My husband loves their wine selection.

Based on other recommendations on here I tried Midtown Bistro and was in HEAVEN!!! Fried calamari to start, crab cakes and fish sticks and seasoned fries for entree plus key lime pie for dessert. I haven’t had key lime pie since I can remember. And GF bread!!!

Did not have a gluten free menu but were willing to work with all allergies. The staff was very knowledgeable about allergies. I had a salad with shrimp and it was excellent.

Very attentive service, excellent food - great for celiac hubby to have so many choices!

Majority of the menu is naturally GF and the staff understands the needs of folks with Celiac. I was told the fryer is GF as no non-Gf items go in it. Our waitress follows a GF diet. The food and service were both excellent.
