I love this place. So many gf options. Even their spring rolls are gf. I’ve eaten here many times over the last few years and I have never gotten sick.

After seeing “Ming’s” on the app I wanted to try it out! I asked the waitress about gluten free options and she did not know what gluten was. I then tried to clarify with asking about wheat containing products. She unfortunately did not know what I was talking about. I got the egg drop soup. It was good. However, do not go to this place if you have celiacs. It is not safe.

While there is not a specific gf menu, the manager was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and after my son received his GF Kung Pao Chicken, he stood table side and asked him to try it and make sure he liked it. I tried a bit too. It was outstanding. The food took a little longer because he took the time to get all fresh ingredients, cut with fresh knives, on a fresh cutting surface.

Excellent food and service! Most of the food on the menu is gluten free naturally and they will modify the dish if possible to make it gluten free. Ask for gluten free soy sauce .

I have been here several times and the manager is knowledgeable and eager to get your order correct.

They are extremely accommodating to GF and while they don't have a specific menu, the manager went through the entire menu and marked what they could do GF which is a lot.
