We have eaten here with no issues for a while now, and the options for the build your own bowls are labeled as GF which is helpful!

Edit (05/13/24) was told today that the regular chicken is NOT gluten free but they do keep just plain white meat chicken separate in the back that you can ask for that is gluten free
