Anywhere there is gluten pizza dough, wheat flour, and a buffet-style (open topping containers, etc) method of serving customers, it is not truly gluten-free friendly.
Even though they offer gluten-free pizza, there is a HEAVY amount of cross-contamination that takes place. Gloves aren’t changed, pizza pans aren’t cleaned between uses, flour contaminates all open containers of toppings, salads, etc.
Good tasting food, but I’ve had symptoms with both pizzas and salads at this establishment.
