The concept here is cool -- you select ingredients from a salad bar-style selection, add herbs and spices, and then a sauce. However, it's a cross contamination nightmare. They will clean the grill for you, reasonably thoroughly; however, they use the same paddle utensils to move everything around, and there are wheat noodles and sauces with gluten in them all over the place. Because it's Ireland, allergens are labeled well, it's just that the cooking method is definitely, definitely not safe regardless of how they try.
