We have eaten at this location many times with never any issues. They have a dedicated fryer for French fries (must request) and they do a great job of taking precautions for no cross contamination.

Most of the time they’re ok. I think I got contaminated the last time a got a delivery order but it wasn’t a significant amount.

Love this place! Very tasty food and I didn't feel sick after eating here.
*UPDATE* have continually had good experiences here.
While I have not had a bad experience at this location, was assured the sweet potato fries did not contain gluten ingredients, but online it says that they do(website nutrition info) so steer clear of those. Otherwise the regular fries and gluten free buns are good.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gf buns were actually soft and the burger itself delicious! They do have a dedicated fryer as well. I am Celiac biopsy confirmed and did not get sick. I’ll be back 👍🏻

Was first customer of the day. Ordered gluten free bun, verified that they used a dedicated fryer ordered sweet potato fries with a mushroom Swiss burger. The staff is friendly but untrained. They brought potato fries by mistake and after eating half the burger I asked what the fried onion rings were breaded with and they said flour. I paid $12.74 to get sick. I even commented to them that the other chains that advertise gluten free have made me sick. I was looking forward to a safe fast food burger. WRONGGGGG!

I had a great time ordering my food. I asked my burger to be in a lettuce wrap since I did not want to pay extra for a gluten free bun. The meat was so tender and the strawberry milkshake was so good! I had no issues afterwards. The guy at the counter didn’t know a lot of English but understood how I wanted my order made and even reminded me to took off the onion! They don’t necessarily have a gluten free menu but you can just substitute the buns. I’m unsure if any of the sauces are gluten free though so I would definitely ask about that, or just remove the sauce just to be safe.

I ordered DoorDash and I ordered the burger wrapped in lettuce but instead I got a regular bun. This is the first time this has happened and I am very annoyed. Btw I don’t have celiac I have a gluten intolerance. But I was still very annoyed especially since I paid a good price for it

Newly diagnosed with celiac disease (3-4 months). I was in Abilene for a quick day trip and looking for a place to eat. Usually Five Guys is my go-to if I don’t have a packed lunch. Abilene doesn’t have one. I saw online that they had a gluten free bun on the menu. Prior to going I called and asked to speak with a manager to ask about gluten free options. She was very knowledgeable and had all of the answers. She informed me that their beef and buns were cooked on separate grills. She also said they wrap the gluten free buns in foil before warming them on the grill, so that are not cross contaminated. She also informed me that they do not have a separate fryer so that their fried WOULD have cross contamination with the other items that they deep fry, so I should not order them.
Overall the beef was good and the gluten free bun was not bad! Much better than some I have tried.
I would recommend this place as long as you let them know about your condition.

Had just a bacon cheeseburger with no bun because I didn’t want to pay extra for a GF roll. The thin bad tasting burger was covered in rock hard overdone bacon. I was upset that I didn’t just go to Jersey Mike’s across the parking lot. It definitely wasn’t worth the inflated pricing.
