You can order a burger on a rice bun. They have buns made of rice but also ones that contain rice and barley, so be careful. I thought I had ordered a burger but I got some kind of chopped beef sandwich and it was really good! I felt my inflammation increase after this sandwich but I’m not sure if it was related. In any case, I believe the potential for cross contact is high.
