If you ask them to they will toast the bread in a separate pan so there is no cross contamination. All GF bread comes toasted so make sure you ask them to toast it in the pan, otherwise there would be cross cknty

They explained how they prepare the food in order to avoid contamination. Very good sandwich and they don’t skimp on the fillings.

Good on the road solution for a quick bite. Friendly staff, aware of need to avoid cross contamination. Only improvement suggestion is to be more generous with the meats. Clarify which are GF.

Although they do have Gluten Free bread, they do not take the time to use a clean surface by simple putting a paper under the sandwich they are making for you and a fresh knife.

I guess they see it as a fad instead of a life-threatening issue for those of us that are in need.

Anyway, I became quite ill, so no more from Mr. Pickle for me~ sadly~ As I was excited to find they had GF sandwiches.

Cheaper then Ike's sandwiches and bigger too! They use the same GF bread from Mariposa Bakery but in a larger portion size.

amazing!!! they don't skimp out on flavor or size big sandwiches OMG ^.^
