The gluten free bread is made from wheat, so if you have a wheat allergy it’s not safe. The only other options are omelets, hash browns, and a $22 breakfast pizza.

Small GF menu. Got an omelet, hashbrowns & toast… was ok but pretty greasy. Waitress wasn’t too friendly and didn’t ask about allergies when ordering off GF menu.

Ask for the gluten free menu. My son reports his burger was yummy! A good number of options and hashbrowns are prepared safely. Waitress was attentive and made note of his celiac.

I ordered the breakfast pizza and it was so burnt. Which is funny, usually gluten free pizza is undercooked. I’d try it again though.

Mullets has an extensive gluten free brunch menu!! I was in heaven with the breakfast pizza. Mullets is voted as the best brunch spot in Des Moines so be sure to get on the waitlist via Yelp as the wait times are over an hour if you don’t plan your brunch in advance. Fantastic food and service on the outskirts of downtown.
