Gluten free is not indicated on the in store menu but you can go on the website and find the nutritional guide .pdf which is very detailed and lists all allergens in each menu item. The cashier also cross checked that guide with my order to make sure all was ok. Fries are the only thing that go into the fryer, so that was safe and a treat! Sauces all appear to be gluten free as well. Very tasty!
Yes
Good food, with gluten-free options. Service was a bit lax.
YES YES YES JUST GO!!! Nando's gets it.
All the sauces are GF and the grilled chicken is just amazing. My fave is to order it plain and layer the garlic sauce. Nice dedicated french fries also! OH MY my mouth is watering just thinking about this. We ate here twice!!!
Get some wine and eat some chicken!

All the chicken is grilled. Gluten-free fryer. Great staff.
Yes
Great service, chicken was moist and flavorful, and a dedicated fryer. I would LOVE a location near me

The menu isn’t marked but the manager spent 5 or 10 minutes walking me through the menu and explaining my options. They do have a separate allergen menu (more like a list with checked boxes) but he knew what was GF and walked me through it. I had a chicken thigh Peri-Peri bowl. The sauce was tasty and addictive. The Portuguese rice was also very tasty and left me craving more. They have a lot of locations so I am sure I will be back during my travels.

I had the chicken bowl without the hummus and a side of fries. I was told it was all gluten free but they were unsure if the hummus had cross contamination, so I opted for no hummus just to be safe. The fries are the only thing that go in the frier, so no cross contamination there. The food was not bad for a quick, easy meal across from my hotel. I did not get sick.

I dined in and had a positive experience the people were very nice and I watched the person who took my order tell the kitchen to be careful with cross contamination. I did not get sick and felt comfortable eating there! I would always say when eating somewhere that has gluten in the kitchen at all be very clear about the severity and ask them to change gloves etc!

Manager was pretty rude and didn’t want us to eat there even though it was 45min til they closed. Dirty environment too. I did not get sick from gluten but I wouldn’t recommend.
