Ask the manager and they will help you. Nando’s basically do everything gluten free apart from the bread, wraps, buns and garlic bread. Chicken and sauces and most sides are gluten free, just need to order at the toll so they can take extra care with your meal. Going in at the start of the day is the best way to ensure minimal cross-contamination, since the kitchen is cleanest

We ate out while on holiday here--I'm always very careful but previous experience with Nandos lends me to trust the chain. Had no issues, manager took the order and went through the listings of a few items that had me concerned. Very polite and happy to help, and the food was delicious (as it often is)!

They had a separate menu and took the gluten free sensitivity seriously. They had an iPad where you could search every item and see what it contained

Had a nice lunch in Nandos, the chicken is GF and most of the sides are as well. The chips are done in a separate fryer so those are GF as well! A manager will take your order and they’ll talk you through the usual risks and let you look through the allergen guide to double check what you can have. The food is delicious, a really good place for a quick lunch

I am sooooooo impressed with this nando's. Not only is it BEAUTIFUL, the staff were fantastic and they took my gluten free needs very seriously. Only the manager would serve us due to my dietaries and I felt very safe and taken care of. Honestly, my first visit to London, I was so impressed.

I am sooooooo impressed with Nando's UK. The staff were fantastic and they took my gluten free needs very seriously. Only the manager would serve me due to my GF dietaries for a coeliac and I felt very safe and taken care of.
