They have good burgers..limited options but good. Both times I've eaten there I've enjoyed a burger, once with broccoli and tonight with a huge side salad. I feel great and will return. I only gave it a 4 because staff wasn't too sure and i wish they had at least 1 gf dessert! 😁
Wish they had dedicated fryer and offered sweet potatoes. Food is ok. My husband loves it but he is not gluten-free.

Other than once receiving my salad frozen I've had great luck at 99. Menu is great, staff is well trained and I've never gotten sick, of course other than my awful salad experience.
i used to love their food a lot :D ! but i stop going when i discovered that my unwell feelings were caused by food sensitivities :( Now that the restaurant has a menu for special diets I will b so glad to go back to enjoy again the flavors that i loved !

The food (salad and steak tips with mashed potatoes) did not make me sick. Server did not know anything about salad dressings nor did she check in the kitchen, just offered oil and vinegar. I’m sure she could have checked the restaurant supply jugs if dressings. This was my first visit to a 99. Not impressed honestly… the place was filthy dirty!

Went there with my family. My sister in law and I are gluten free. She had the balsamic chicken and I had the bacon cheeseburger with mashed potatoes. The fries are not gluten safe. The waiter was very helpful and we were able to see the items marked for gluten sensitivity on the menu

I’ve eaten at many of the locations and have always been treated very well. The staff at this restaurant was courteous and knowledgeable about my gluten-free needs. Food was served by a manager and was clearly marked as an allergy alert meal.
