The waitress asked if I was gluten sensitive or a full allergy! I told her I have a huge allergy so she noticed the kitchen and staff to make sure my food was safe for me. I had a bacon burger and it was amazing!!!!

On the plus side they have a GF menu. On the downside hubby ordered from it and has suffered from it for 3 days so far. And he is only gluten intolerant. Called and nicely explained to manager what happened so they could watch for cc. He just said “that never happens.”’

There was a decent gluten free selection, and we enjoyed our food. Servers and kitchen staff seemed very aware. GF items are well marked on the regular menu which is nice.

We eat here frequently, I've always been fine, love the balsamic chicken. I've heard some 99's have safe fries but sadly this one doesn't have a dedicated fryer. Bummer, but the gf menu is decent.

Not bad for a chain, above average. Server was knowledgeable, food was decent, price is good.

Ordered gluten free items from the menu, within 30 minutes felt sick and having problems.

The food (salad and steak tips with mashed potatoes) did not make me sick. Server did not know anything about salad dressings nor did she check in the kitchen, just offered oil and vinegar. I’m sure she could have checked the restaurant supply jugs if dressings. This was my first visit to a 99. Not impressed honestly… the place was filthy dirty!

Went there with my family. My sister in law and I are gluten free. She had the balsamic chicken and I had the bacon cheeseburger with mashed potatoes. The fries are not gluten safe. The waiter was very helpful and we were able to see the items marked for gluten sensitivity on the menu

I’ve eaten at many of the locations and have always been treated very well. The staff at this restaurant was courteous and knowledgeable about my gluten-free needs. Food was served by a manager and was clearly marked as an allergy alert meal.
