I’ve ordered (shrimp) pad Thai and the gluten free noodles (spaghetti-no meatballs) many times and never had an issue. They ask if it’s an allergy and yell back to kitchen ‘“allergy” so take it for what it’s worth knowing there is lots of cross-contamination possible.

My wife (celiac) and I love this place, but in fairness we only get the pad Thai because it is fantastic. I normally get mine with shrimp or chicken. Pricing is fair with good portions. Their reward system is SWEET. I get free orders sometimes with free rewards and they also give you a free meal on your birthday if you are a member. Membership is FREE. This place is a game changer.

This place maybe okay for people with a gluten sensitivity but it is not safe for celiacs. I visited when it was not very busy and got a gluten free meal with chicken on it and I got glutened. Which I do not understand because the manager made my me on there was hardly anybody in there so there was no excuse for it. I haven't been back since.
No
While I have eaten many times at other Noodles places, I was very disappointed to have 2 gluten containing noodles in my GF pad thai. They offered to re-make it but wasn't willing to take the chance.
No
Pad Thai is good. I would return but would prefer they carry GF Soy Sauce. Service was also very good.
this is the new best in town.... prices and portions are amazing...
try the Penne Rosa but substitute the noodles for rice noodles. They also let you substitute all veggies for free!! I recomend their broccoli.
Great Pad Thai comes with rice noodles. Just tell them you have a gluten allergy
Very great staff and helpful with GF options.
Yes
great food
My mistake for ordering takeout from here, but they must share pasta water? Regular noodles were mixed into the GF.

When ordering I was ensured cross contamination would be avoided as much as possible. I felt comfortable with the people making my meal. It was fresh and hot

My two teens and I all have to avoid gluten. I am Celiac, my daughter has a full-blown gluten and gliadin allergy, and my son gets flu-like symptoms if he eats gluten. We’ve eaten at other Noodles & Company locations with no problems. So when I placed our order and explained that we needed 3 gluten-free Mac and cheeses with grilled chicken, I assumed the employees would be as cautious as they had been at other locations. I was wrong. Halfway through my son’s meal he noticed regular glutinous noodles mixed in with the “gluten-sensitive pipette” noodles. I took it to the register and showed them. They apologized and remade the dish, but my son had already been glutened and has been sick for several days as a result. Use extreme caution at this location. There is definitely cross contamination going on.

Amazing. I wanted to hey something that I never get here, but what can i say, I had to get the same thing i always do; Pad Thai. Everything here is amazing always. This is my first time at this location, and it was a pretty enjoyable experience, as long as you don't have to use the restroom! U was kind of worried because most Noodles I go, to they usually get like 1 or 2 non gf nodlws mixed in with the gf ones but there were nine this time!

Made exactly as ordered. Yummy and soothing. I have food allergies as well as celiac. They accommodated it all, and I had no reactions.
