Solid experience. They gave zucchini noodles and GF shells. Website clearly lists what’s GF and cashier asked if preference or allergy

Great meal! Many GF options from GF noodles, zucchini noodles and cauliflower gnocchi. The gnocchi was fantastic! My daughter loved her Penne Rosa dish with GF noodles and grilled chicken. Will definitely be back!!!

Most of the time, I have a good experience here. However, once I had a random gluten noodle in my food, and tonight ordered Pad Thai, only to get home and find out (after calling because the noodles looked different) that they ran out of rice noodles and decided (without asking or telling me) to substitute for the ramen noodles. I will say that it's partly my fault tonight I was in a hurry and didn't type in "gluten allergy" in the comments. However, as they put these things on their website as gluten-free, I felt it was important to give anyone else a heads up to ALWAYS check your food when you order here.
Originally when I ordered, the staff didn't know what celiac was, or what on their menu was gluten free, but after a lengthy discussion with their manager, we finally figured it out and they were very helpful. They even found and gave me a little Gluten Free at Noodles and Co. handout. Food was delicious. Overall, this was a positive experience, it was just a bit disappointing to have to have such a long conversation with them to get my problem across.
Yes
rice pasta and gluten free fusilli noodles!
My mistake for ordering takeout from here, but they must share pasta water? Regular noodles were mixed into the GF.

When ordering I was ensured cross contamination would be avoided as much as possible. I felt comfortable with the people making my meal. It was fresh and hot

My two teens and I all have to avoid gluten. I am Celiac, my daughter has a full-blown gluten and gliadin allergy, and my son gets flu-like symptoms if he eats gluten. We’ve eaten at other Noodles & Company locations with no problems. So when I placed our order and explained that we needed 3 gluten-free Mac and cheeses with grilled chicken, I assumed the employees would be as cautious as they had been at other locations. I was wrong. Halfway through my son’s meal he noticed regular glutinous noodles mixed in with the “gluten-sensitive pipette” noodles. I took it to the register and showed them. They apologized and remade the dish, but my son had already been glutened and has been sick for several days as a result. Use extreme caution at this location. There is definitely cross contamination going on.

Amazing. I wanted to hey something that I never get here, but what can i say, I had to get the same thing i always do; Pad Thai. Everything here is amazing always. This is my first time at this location, and it was a pretty enjoyable experience, as long as you don't have to use the restroom! U was kind of worried because most Noodles I go, to they usually get like 1 or 2 non gf nodlws mixed in with the gf ones but there were nine this time!

Made exactly as ordered. Yummy and soothing. I have food allergies as well as celiac. They accommodated it all, and I had no reactions.
