I ordered a gluten free pasta online and put in the notes that I can’t have gluten. My body ended up having a strongly negative reaction to it, so there was definitely gluten in the dish. I feel a little anxious about going back there again. Maybe if you order in person they’re more careful to not cross contaminate, but I don’t know for certain.

I loved getting to go out to eat with my friends and be able to enjoy a good similar meal to them! The margarhita pizza on gluten free crust was amazing. I would definitely go back. The waiter seemed confident in the gluten free aspect and was sure to point out every option that I could get, which included pasta and appetizers. (Btw, I went to the one in Austin.)

We walked out before ordering. Our party sat inside, and even though the windows were partially opened, the gluten was overwhelming in the air.

Gluten free pizza is really good- need to tell them you have an allergy and then they will make everything separately to eliminate cross contamination. Had no issues.

Gluten free Pizza was one of the worst I have ever tasted , I am coming from Italy were gluten free pizza looks and taste exactly like a normal pizza , we know how to do it right even gluten free . Here my pizza was with such a hard crust it was almost impossible to cut it and to eat it. Floor manager was really friendly and he comp it from my check .
Sad they won’t admit fault even with gluten free procedures, my brother is celiac and got glutened last night due to cross contamination according to the manager they have a multi set process to avoid this however my brother still got sick instantly. The manager would not accept responsibility for this, just told me they did everything right implying my brother was lying. They do not have a gluten free kitchen so I can understand of these things happen all the manger needed to do was apologize. Eat pizza from North Italia at your own risk.

This was such a treat! My sister and I split the Margherita pizza and the Strozzapeti with zucchini noodles without the pine nuts. They do have gluten free pasta as well but we wanted the zucchini instead! Everything was so good. Probably one of the best gluten free pizza I’ve had. I would definitely recommend!

Awesome options! Everything I've tried is wonderful. One of my favorites for sure!
The waiter was awesome and was able to completely create whatever I wanted! They offer rice pasta and can make any pasta you want with it. As well as GF pizza crust
After reading the reviews, I was a little iffy. However, I let the waiter know that I had Celiac and he made sure to speak with the chef. I ordered a Simple Salad. For the dressing I just asked for oil and balsamic. I then ordered Tuna Crudo! The flavors in this dish were so incredible, I ordered a second. It IS an appetizer but I ordered for my main. So So good!! It's hours later and no sickness!! 🙌

So tasty, but so not safe for a celiac. Ate here for dinner on Monday 5/6/2024. Service was great. Talked with the server about my gluten issue. Her assurance and that of the positive reviews led me to order bolognese pasta. Portion suffered from shrinkflation for sure. I am sure that I was glutened here. I had eaten at home for 3 weeks prior and this was the first thing I’d eaten that day. Very tasty and probably safe for gluten preference people but I can’t see why I’d ever go back.
This might be the best gf pizza I have had. The crust was light and crispy. It seemed to be the size of a normal pizza which was appreciated.

Delicious! And creative! Like another comment, I wanted the truffle bread, but gluten free, and they used their GF pizza crust to replicate the dish for me. By far the best GF pizza I've ever had! It's thicker and softer than places like Blaze and Mod and Maddio's. All pasta options on the menu are offered GF, and they'll try to find a way to make other menu items GF if requested. Have already been back! Definitely a new favorite.
