Nuflour was recently acquired by new owners, and the transformation in food quality and deliciousness has been remarkable. So many delectable options from savory to sweet, available cakes plus you can custom order. Their chocolate sponge is the best of all the cake formulas, but the white cake is also yummy. I highly recommend this for my fellow celiacs, and also those who have a preference.
