I got this app due to a family member having gluten issues but when they won't even serve you water after handing you the gluten free menu that you requested shows me that they are discriminatory as to who they serve so why would they offer a gluten free menu in the first place. I will never return and give them no stars as they are below star rating. please steer clear for poor service ratings, I can't rate the food or water as after waiting over 30 minutes I had to leave to find a place that would serve us food.

Me and my wife just left there after sitting at our table for 25 minutes without even a glass of water. Oh while others that just sat down around us ordered their food. Avoided this place like the plague. 5 stars????? How bout -5 stars tp

First time dining out since our son was diagnosed 7 months ago with Celiac Disease. Excellent service. We couldn't have the bread so they brought us grapes. Lots to choose from on the GF menu. Our waitress could tell we were nervous so she walked us through the process of cooking and handling. What made it even better was that our son didn't get sick after eating!

This particular Outback has been very good about accommodating my Celiac disease for going on eight years now. There have been very few screw-ups in all that time, maybe a handful at most. They train the staff well and take gluten-free seriously. Outback in general is a good chain but this one is outstanding.

staff was knowledgeable about gluten free menu, made my 10 yr old very comfortable
They were great about watching for cross contamination and brought my plate out separately from my family's. They didn't really have many menu options that weren't steak, but I ordered the grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, and side Ceasar salad. The food was really bland, and the mashed potatoes were worse than school lunches in the 80s. They were flavorless, almost translucent, and disappointing. The chicken was decent but not my favorite. I had better food at another steakhouse chain.

Outback as a chain has always been safe for me. I order the grilled chicken on the barbie with double veggies and have never had a reaction, including at this location!

I ate here twice while I was in town. They note the GF allergy for the kitchen and when they bring it to the table the server knew it was designated GF

The staff were not too familiar but answered my questions and helped me order a safe dish.
