I was told there is no gf menu and no gf options.

They have a little takeout kiosk, along with an actual restaurant area to sit down. I got a chicken desert salad. I attached their GF menu below.

Great GF options. Lots of variety, my son (celiac) had salmon and he is picky with sides so server got him cut up raw carrots (his fave). No dedicated fryer so no fries and no GF buns but all 4 of us had different meals and all were great.

Hector helped us and got it right. We got the Rib Eye gluten free and it was excellent. No sign of any reaction from an extremely sensitive Celiac. Two could easily split that steak.
Yes
After checking with the chef, the waitress informed me that the only option for me was a steak-if I had veggies, they would need to be dry as ALL their butter has gluten. Same with their baked potatoes. No butter available. The salads are all prepared with croutons, so there would be no guarantee there wouldn’t be croutons or crouton-crumbs in every salad.

Nice stop for gluten free at the airport. Thomas was very helpful. Made sure my food was gluten free
Excellent. Very knowledgeable about Celiac. No cross contamination. They change gloves and cook your meat/chicken/fish on aluminum foil. I had Nancy as my server, she works day shift and was awesome.
They were great about watching for cross contamination and brought my plate out separately from my family's. They didn't really have many menu options that weren't steak, but I ordered the grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, and side Ceasar salad. The food was really bland, and the mashed potatoes were worse than school lunches in the 80s. They were flavorless, almost translucent, and disappointing. The chicken was decent but not my favorite. I had better food at another steakhouse chain.

Outback as a chain has always been safe for me. I order the grilled chicken on the barbie with double veggies and have never had a reaction, including at this location!

I ate here twice while I was in town. They note the GF allergy for the kitchen and when they bring it to the table the server knew it was designated GF

The staff were not too familiar but answered my questions and helped me order a safe dish.
