Ignored the gluten allergy label and added bread in the same package as the shrimp.

Just ask for a manager! Serving food could cross contamination, leaned food items on top of each other.

I've been here twice. They have a separate and expansive gluten free menu which is great! The first time the server was up front about his lack of gluten knowledge and went through all of the ingredients with me so I could tell him what was not okay plus he let the kitchen know. Five stars for that visit. The second time I felt like the server wasn't paying attention to my need for gluten free, and they brought out my salad with croutons which I sent back and was remade, but it made me nervous about the rest of the food. However, I didn't get sick. Three stars for that visit and I won't go on a busy night again.

As always, the outback was a good experience, it was my first time at this location and we enjoyed the food and staff.

They were great about watching for cross contamination and brought my plate out separately from my family's. They didn't really have many menu options that weren't steak, but I ordered the grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, and side Ceasar salad. The food was really bland, and the mashed potatoes were worse than school lunches in the 80s. They were flavorless, almost translucent, and disappointing. The chicken was decent but not my favorite. I had better food at another steakhouse chain.
