Staff was knowledgeable about needs to be Gluten Free. Had a steak medium rare, loaded baked potatoes and salad. No GF beer, but full bar made it easy for some Vodka. No issues at all, they really listened and seemed to care. Could tell they understood. Yes, must ask for a GF menu.

Didn’t notice anything gluten free on the menu. Asked the waitress if they had a menu and she went and checked and came back with a gluten free menu. Meal was really nice. Would go back.

They have a GF menu and I ordered off of it but still got glutened. I believe it was in the season on my salmon but have no way to know for sure

Gluten free menu. Server was very knowledgeable about GF. Once I explained that I had Celiac Disease they were very careful in the kitchen to not cross contaminated food. Manager brought food out separate from the rest of the orders. Had no issues after eating! Was very impressed with the whole dining experience.
Yes
staff is super friendly and helped me order something celiac friendly. made sure they didn't cross contaminate.

Yes
I was there about weeks ago and got glutened. The cut of sirloin was terrible and I don't know if the sour creme was gluten free on my baked potato. The salad dressing on tasted like it was bottled on the caesar salad. Not a good idea if you have celiac or gluten sensitivities. I've had such wonderful experiences in our outback in Tucson that I believed the waitress that they knew what they were doing.
No
great gluten free choices. and even a delicious brownie for dessert. mmm mmm
They were great about watching for cross contamination and brought my plate out separately from my family's. They didn't really have many menu options that weren't steak, but I ordered the grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, and side Ceasar salad. The food was really bland, and the mashed potatoes were worse than school lunches in the 80s. They were flavorless, almost translucent, and disappointing. The chicken was decent but not my favorite. I had better food at another steakhouse chain.

Outback as a chain has always been safe for me. I order the grilled chicken on the barbie with double veggies and have never had a reaction, including at this location!

I ate here twice while I was in town. They note the GF allergy for the kitchen and when they bring it to the table the server knew it was designated GF
