I’ve only had one bad experience here. They brought my salad out with croutons and instead of making a new salad they just took the croutons off and they came back. I was joking around with them saying did you just take them off and they said no but then I found crumbs all over the side of the salad bowl

Went to this outback for my first dinner since my diagnosis. I ordered the Alice springs chicken with a salad and potato. The waitress asked my husband if he wanted bread since I cant have any :) she also must have realized there was croutons or something wrong with my salad cause she never put it down and came back with mine. However my chicken had 2 plastic cardboard pieces mixed in with the mushrooms likely from the container they came in. I spit them out and sought the manager. I did not feel confident that he took care of the issue in the kitchen but comped my meal. I dont think I got gluten, so there's that.

Every time I’m here visiting my parents, this is where I choose to eat. Always good and never an issue!

The staff was friendly and helpful with my dietary needs. The meal was outstanding. Of course my favorite was dessert, The Chocolate Molten Lava Brownie!

I LOVE their Alice Springs Chicken Gluten Free! Best place to go when craving chicken. :0)

I eat here all the time. Excellent, just as you come to expect from this chain.

They were great about watching for cross contamination and brought my plate out separately from my family's. They didn't really have many menu options that weren't steak, but I ordered the grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, and side Ceasar salad. The food was really bland, and the mashed potatoes were worse than school lunches in the 80s. They were flavorless, almost translucent, and disappointing. The chicken was decent but not my favorite. I had better food at another steakhouse chain.
