They have a separate GF menu which was very promising. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly but our GF dish showed up with grilled shrimps on a piece of buttered wheat toast. The staff asked if we could eat the shrimps if they just removed the toast and we said we, sadly, can’t. They ended up remaking the whole plate for us which was nice of them but our Celiac son was disappointed and hungry watching everyone else eat. Kitchen miscommunications happen and just an example of restaurants not used to handling celiac safe GF requests. We’re not too upset about it but just be extra aware of what’s on your plate!

The staff went above and beyond to try and accommodate my GF needs. They placed foil on the grill to grill my chicken and everything. The downfall though was I ordered the Allison Chicken off the GF menu but the head chef plated me up bland chicken with melted cheese. No sauce, no bacon, no mushrooms. Reasoning was they contained gluten yet all that was listed on the GF menu. I did not get sick and I am grateful that the staff did what they could to keep me safe. But use caution when ordering from the GF menu as it might be outdated.

Went there last night as their website goes on an on about how careful they are...and I am a celiac so I need them to be careful.
Ordered strictly from the GF menu. My GF salad had a crouton on it. I noticed, they didn't. They swapped it out once I pointed it out. Amazingly, I didn't get sick. But I'm definitely hesitant to go back.
great ribs, and very knowledgeable and friendly waitress
Great experience, huge selection of gluten free options, including a majority of the menu.

In years past, we came here often, but we have gotten sick the last three times running, and have now sworn off the restaurant. Staff didn't know what gluten was and made us feel picky/rude when we tried to explain that cross contamination would make us sick.
This has been one of my go to restaurants to not get sick. We went today and I spent an equal amount of time in the restaurant as in the bathroom, if you get my meaning. So disappointing. I informed them before leaving that I had been glutened. Didn't blame them, but explained again about cross contamination. They were polite. Just a bummer, but my fault, I'm the one that decided to trust them.

This is my favorite go-to steakhouse. They are very attentive to detail and are trained in serving folks who require g/f. Never gotten ill after eating there. Love it that I can have dessert there too. Thank you for caring, Outback. We love you!
They were great about watching for cross contamination and brought my plate out separately from my family's. They didn't really have many menu options that weren't steak, but I ordered the grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, and side Ceasar salad. The food was really bland, and the mashed potatoes were worse than school lunches in the 80s. They were flavorless, almost translucent, and disappointing. The chicken was decent but not my favorite. I had better food at another steakhouse chain.

Outback as a chain has always been safe for me. I order the grilled chicken on the barbie with double veggies and have never had a reaction, including at this location!

I ate here twice while I was in town. They note the GF allergy for the kitchen and when they bring it to the table the server knew it was designated GF

The staff were not too familiar but answered my questions and helped me order a safe dish.
