Very good steaks, staff very knowledgeable. Lots of options, since many things on the menu are gf by nature. They so have a dedicated gf menu as well though. Waiter actually very knowledgeable and nice. Mentioned he would speak to the kitchen again to ensure they‘re not messing anything up. We had steaks with mashed potatoes and veggies. Steaks were cooked to perfection.

Food is good and service excellent. If you do not like a lot of seasoning, ask for no seasoning on your steak. For my taste, the steaks are much better that way. Otherwise, they are horribly salty. Feel free to send your steak back if it is not cooked exactly as you like. They are great about it. I have dined at the Las Cruces location safely with no reaction, and I am super sensitive.

They were great about watching for cross contamination and brought my plate out separately from my family's. They didn't really have many menu options that weren't steak, but I ordered the grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, and side Ceasar salad. The food was really bland, and the mashed potatoes were worse than school lunches in the 80s. They were flavorless, almost translucent, and disappointing. The chicken was decent but not my favorite. I had better food at another steakhouse chain.

I ate here twice while I was in town. They note the GF allergy for the kitchen and when they bring it to the table the server knew it was designated GF
