Had a terrible reaction after eating here, their GF options are definitely not GF.

Very small menu for gf
not a good selection if you are a celiac not sure how well they understood the risks of cross contamination and my meal had to be remade as it was wrongly prepared with wontons initially.
They had a total of 5 or 6 items on the GF menu. I ordered the spicy Pei Wei with chicken and white rice. There was way more sauce than substance, and the sauce was this thick sugary stuff. I wasn't particularly impressed and could not finish what I was given.

Pei Wei has been a leader in offering tasty GF options on their menu. The Pei-Wei Spicy Chicken Salad GF is a long-time favorite and I always get 2 lunches out of it. The Vietnamese Garden Rolls are always a great snack. Unfortunately, I feel they have been missing the mark lately with the new Lettuce Wraps and other new items that cannot be ordered gluten free. Lettuce Wraps have long been an almost universal alternative to carb-heavy and tortilla or bread-wrapped meals, and also one of the most common ways to provide a gluten free alternative (even at their parent restaurant - PF Changs). SO, it felt like a slap in the face as one of their biggest fans when their Lettuce Wraps hit the menu and there was no way to order it gluten free. I mean, c'mon, would it really be that hard to just switch over to all gluten free soy sauce or whatever it is in those things that shuts a good portion of your customers out of having them? Kikkoman even has a GF Soy Sauce now that is almost indistinguishable from the regular (shouldn't have wheat in it anyway) version.

Awesome experience every time!!
So, I couldn’t find anything to verify this, but the staff at the airport location said that everything on their menu is gluten free - made with corn flour, there isn’t any gluten on site. This isn’t clear from their posted menu, which notes specific things are gluten free (implying that others that aren’t marked are not). And it’s also not clear when you find the Pei Wei website and the same menu items are not marked gluten free. But I did eat one of the things not marked gluten free (because they were out of the thing I wanted that was) and did not have any symptoms afterwards.

Not a fan- didn’t look like woks were being switched in-between dishes. Not sure how or why some things are GF and others are not when ingreds are similar- made no sense - too saucy!

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
