Sadly this place is not trustworthy for its gluten free. It’s a shame because it’s really hard to find gf Asian food. Also the staff is horrible and rude.

They have an all new menu with dedicated pans and frying area! Spicy chicken is wonderful and I have eaten multiple times and have never been sick! My go to restaurant for affordable and delicious Chinese!

The food tasted really good but when i got home my stomach was very bloated and gassy. I will not be going back. Not worth the stomach pain.

I love the gluten free sweet and sour chicken! It had been years since I could eat that since it's never gf.
Yes
Take out is great here. I am gluten-intolerant and so I have had good luck with the food here. I always get the GF spicy chicken/shrimp with rice on the side. And the GF chicken spring rolls are great also.
I was there with some friends for take out that were not GF. We all ordered our food and I ordered my gluten free of course. They didn't label any of the plates, and I had never eaten there. I took the food back to the people and asked them to label the food for us. They incorrectly labeled the dishes, and I was up all night with vomiting and it took me a few days to recover. They were not real careful. I will not go back.
Semi-fast food. A few GF options but I have been here a few times and had the sweet and sour chicken each time. It's good, affordable and fast with a clean dining area. Freindly ordering staff

This food was honestly horrible. I'm typically pretty easy to please, but I couldn't even finish my soggy spring rolls, and the sweet & sour chicken gave me an instant stomach ache. Never again.
It's great to be able to have sweet & sir chicken or shrimp. They use potato starch to bread chicken. So good.
So, I couldn’t find anything to verify this, but the staff at the airport location said that everything on their menu is gluten free - made with corn flour, there isn’t any gluten on site. This isn’t clear from their posted menu, which notes specific things are gluten free (implying that others that aren’t marked are not). And it’s also not clear when you find the Pei Wei website and the same menu items are not marked gluten free. But I did eat one of the things not marked gluten free (because they were out of the thing I wanted that was) and did not have any symptoms afterwards.

Not a fan- didn’t look like woks were being switched in-between dishes. Not sure how or why some things are GF and others are not when ingreds are similar- made no sense - too saucy!

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
