Pei Wei is hit or miss on whether they can actually accomplish a gluten-free meal. Unfortunately, they have missed too many times for me. Gluten was detected in today's supposedly gluten-free meal, and there was only one other customer at the time, so this was not even during peak hours. It should've been doable to avoid cross-contamination. Sad to strike another restaurant from my safe list.

Gluten free items are identified on the menu. Great variety and the food is always fresh and hot. Love the on line ordering. Food is identified as GF. Been to this location many times and never been sick. A great surprise for celiacs.

When I ordered my food, I was reassured that it would be gluten-free. I wish I would’ve asked what precautions and measures they take to make sure it was GF, because I felt sick afterwards from cross-contamination. I am not sure if they use a separate kitchen area when preparing GF food.

Always love PeiWei. Staff is very knowledgeable and there is a large selection of gluten free options.
They have added a ton of new gluten free items. Including fried rice and cauliflower fried rice. Sooooooo good.

Delicious and fast! There were 2 of us on our group who are celiac and we both loved our GF meals! I had the GF Asian Chicken Salad and my friend had the GF Mongolian BBQ. Both were filling and so good!

We have been eating here regularly since we moved back to Utah seven months ago. Except for one time, we have eaten there without any problem and I am very severe in my symptoms. The night I got sick there was a brand new kid there. He tried he just didn’t quite know what he was doing. But when the manager is there he always handles things wonderfully!

One of my favorite places to eat out!! They have a ton of options and are always super helpful and nice! Highly recommend!

Their sweet and sour chicken is delicious! Not many GF options, but have eaten there several times without a problem.
Yes
this is literally p.f. Chang's little brother. they are owned and operated by the same company. I love their Vietnamese rolls. they are delicious and they have a gf menu and mark your all of your food with gf stickers. little pricey but worh it!

Not safe for Celiacs. Wanted to try it. Staff did not even know what gluten free meant. Was terribly ill for days after eating here.
No
food was Ok, possible cross contamination with gluten when asked said it wasn't done. if going to spend on Chinese go to pfchangs it is more expensive but a lot better
No
They absolutely have a GF menu, you can even order online and specify GF.
Yes
Was told they don't have anything gluten free. No gluten free menu.
No
Disgusting food. Overpriced. I ordered gluten free but it definitely was not. My stomach went nuts after eating most of my dish. Don't eat here, especially if you have celiac
I love the sweet and sour chicken but when and if you get the edamame make sure you ask for it gluten free (learned that the hard way) 4 stars
Not very many options, and the options they do have are not very tasty. The staff seemed irritated that I would even bother asking for a gluten free menu.
So yummy!!! Only a few options for gluten free but so very tasty
I ate there last month and got so SICK, the front end people kept discouraging me about using the GF soy sauce; saying it was too salty...well I have no other choice and I use it at home, so it works for me!! The options are so slim, not even 1 noodle choice, and with tbe contamination problem; I won't be back!! :(
I go here frequently, sometimes once a month and have never had issues. I enjoy the original chicken the most. Never had issues getting sick even when they are busy. They take proper precautions
Update May 2024. Continue to go here and never an issue. They have a more expanded gf menu than they used to. I have dined in and ordered online to go without issues

Ordered gf fried rice and gf pad Tai noodles. Was a lot of food, delicious flavors. No issues next day, highly recommend. They were attentive to my allergy.

So, I couldn’t find anything to verify this, but the staff at the airport location said that everything on their menu is gluten free - made with corn flour, there isn’t any gluten on site. This isn’t clear from their posted menu, which notes specific things are gluten free (implying that others that aren’t marked are not). And it’s also not clear when you find the Pei Wei website and the same menu items are not marked gluten free. But I did eat one of the things not marked gluten free (because they were out of the thing I wanted that was) and did not have any symptoms afterwards.
